It’s our favorite time of the year here at the Convention Center — time to honor those small businesses and corporations who do MORE with a 2022 Morial Award!

Named after visionary New Orleans Mayor Ernest “Dutch” Morial, for the last three years these prestigious awards have recognized companies for making a strong economic impact and for contributing to the sustainability and growth of communities across our state. We encourage you to nominate those businesses that inspire and impress you – those that truly honor Mayor Morial’s legacy.

The nomination deadline is March 27th. You’ll find more information about the process in this newsletter. The ceremony itself will be held in the Great Hall on Thursday, May 25th. We call it “The Great Hall” because this is our chance to truly honor those who do great things. Save the date and help us celebrate.
